Information we collect
We only collect what you give us on the call-back form:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your business name and trade, if you fill them in
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics on this site, and there is no account to create.
How we use it
We use it for one thing: to call you about your request, and to have a useful conversation when we do. We do not text you from this form. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
If you call the demo line
The demo line is the live tracking number of Spoon River Tree Service in Canton, IL. Calling it creates a call record with that business and, if you hang up before anyone answers, prompts a text message back to your number from that business. Your number is handled under that business's Privacy Policy, and the text is covered by its SMS terms. Reply STOP to that message and it stops.
If we set up a demo line for your business
A Voicemail Rescue demo line is one of our own phone numbers, assigned to one business at a time for fourteen days and never published. When we set one up for you we hold your mobile number, the caller's number, the recording of what each caller said, and a written copy of it.
Every caller hears, before the tone, that an automated assistant set up by Voicemail Rescue answered and that the call is recorded and sent to the business. A caller who leaves a message gets one text from us confirming it was taken. You get one text per call with what the caller said; if a caller speaks a phone number into a message, that number is removed before the text is sent. Reply STOP to any of these and they stop; reply HELP for help.
How we share it
We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, and will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The only sharing we do is with subcontractors in support services, to carry out the request you made: the trusted providers who operate our phone, messaging, and hosting systems on our behalf. They may not use your information for anything else.
Keeping it and getting rid of it
We keep what you send us only as long as we need it to answer your request and meet our record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Email us and we will delete your information.
